Custom orders or purchases over €75 require pre-authorization to streamline the return process.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Ciaura covers shipping costs for returns due to manufacturing defects or shipping errors. For all other returns, the customer covers shipping expenses.
7. Product Exceptions
Certain items like personal care, intimates, or consumables are not returnable unless defective or damaged.
