RETURN POLICY

Products must be returned in the original packaging to protect them during transportation back to us and ensure accurate inspection of their condition.
3. Return Period:
You have a strict 14-day period from the date of receiving the item to request a return. This period is established to ensure that you have enough time to evaluate your purchase and make an informed decision. Except for products with transport damages verified upon delivery, which must be reported immediately within 48 hours for replacement or return.
4. Proof of Purchase:
Presentation of the receipt or purchase ticket number is mandatory when requesting a return. This allows us to quickly verify the corresponding transaction and expedite the processing of your request.
5. Pre-authorization:
In certain cases, such as returns of customized products or high-value items over €75, obtaining pre-authorization is mandatory. This allows us to properly prepare our systems to receive your item and ensure a quick and efficient resolution.
6. Return Costs:
Our shipping cost policy is clear and direct. We cover shipping costs in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part. In other circumstances, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Product Restrictions:
Specific products may have return restrictions for health and safety reasons. Items such as personal hygiene products and consumables cannot be returned for obvious safety reasons.
8. Return Process:
The return process is strictly guided by our guidelines. When contacting our customer service team, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
9. Refund or Credit:
After receiving and evaluating the returned item, we will issue a refund within 7 business days. This refund will be credited back to the original payment method or we will offer a credit for future purchases, according to your preference and request in accordance with customer standards.
10. Return Evaluation:
Each returned item is carefully inspected to ensure that it meets our high quality standards. This includes a detailed check of the product's condition, packaging, and documentation associated with the purchase. This will allow the full acceptance of your return and enable the full crediting of the amounts used in the purchase.
