Ciaura accepts returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and you have proof of purchase. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of the return being received and inspected.
What condition does my item need to be in?
Items must be returned in perfect, unused condition with all original packaging intact, so the next customer receives the same quality you did.
Do I need approval before returning an item?
Pre-authorisation is required for customised products or items over 75 EUR. For everything else, simply contact the team to start the process.
Who pays for return shipping?
Ciaura covers return shipping costs when the issue is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

What if my item arrived damaged?
Transport damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery so it can be replaced or refunded quickly - this is faster than the standard 14-day window, so don't wait to flag it.
When will I get my money back?
Once your return is received and passes inspection, Ciaura issues your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method, or as store credit if you prefer.
